Property Manager - Larry Warner

property manager colorado springsAs a native of Colorado Springs, born in 1959, Larry has seen a lot of change and growth in Colorado Springs. When he was a teenager, Powers Blvd. was a dirt road that ran between Platte Av. and Barns Road! Rustic Hills was a thriving commercial area, and the Citadel Mall was only a few years old.

After high school, Larry Joined the United States Coast Guard and after graduating from electronics training, became a sonar technician both operating and maintaining the anti-submarine sonar equipment aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Chase (WHEC 718). Stationed in Boston, MA., Larry was able to travel extensively on the east coast and even visit Europe – all courtesy of the Coast Guard.

In 1984 Larry moved to San Diego to work as a technician at an electronics manufacturing company. In 1986, he accepted a supervisory position at Harman International Industries, a Fortune 500 firm located in Northridge, CA in the greater Los Angeles metro area. Larry worked in various capacities including production supervisor, team leader, safety representative, and eventually as plant superintendant.

In 1998, Larry bade farewell to southern California and returned to Colorado Springs. He accepted an administrative position at one of the city's major real estate firms and his education in all things Real Estate began. Larry earned his real estate license in 2008, and entered the property management field shortly thereafter. He is committed to practicing both the art of real estate and the science of success.
