 Alexander Yoder is the Director of Residential Management for Dorman Real Estate Services, Inc.
Mr. Yoder attended Jones Real Estate College 2003 – 2004 and started with another real estate firm in 2005, initially holding the title Maintenance Manager, and was soon after promoted to Leasing Agent for as many as 250 properties.
Mr. Yoder started with Dorman in the 2010, initially holding the title of Property Manager, and was soon after promoted to Director of Residential Management. He also assists Broker/Owner Todd Dorman with commercial brokerage and management.
Mr. Yoder served as Programs Chair and Secretary of Colorado Springs NARPM in the 2011 board were he obtained the “Member of the Year” award. He is also the 2012 President-elect. He holds the professional designations of RMP (Residential Management Professional) obtained through NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) obtained through the Real Estate Negotiations Institution. He is also a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).
Mr. Yoder has written several published articles about property management for the NARPM’s Residential Resource and the Colorado Real Estate Journal.
Alexander’s wife, Andrea, gave birth to their son Daegon in 2006, and their daughter Everie in 2010. Aside from spending time with his wife and kids, he enjoys spending time with his parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, all of whom reside in Colorado Springs, with frequent family events hold an average attendance of around 50 people (28 of which are nieces and nephews). He is also a musician, playing the drums primarily; he has played in numerous bands and church services/events.
