Property Management

Daniel Pitrone is a licensed Realtor and member of PPAR (ppar.com) and Property Manager for Dorman Real Estate Services, Inc., a Colorado Springs based real estate firm consisting of three divisions; Dorman Commercial, Inc., a broker firm concentrating on sales and leasing of retail and office properties, Dorman Management, Inc. which manages over 300 properties and Dorman Investments, Inc. which forms real estate group investments. 

Daniel started with Dorman in August of 2011.  Before joining Dorman Management Daniel held various positions with other companies which gave him exposure to landscape design, plumbing, electrical work, and other pertinent skills which have given him an edge in the residential management field.  Daniel is an advocate of proactive service and feels that “doing it right the first time” is the only way to survive in this very fast paced and service oriented business.

Mr. Pitrone is excited for his continuing education both at a local college, as he pursues his bachelor’s in business, as well as his continued education in real estate.

Daniel is excited for the future and is always looking for ways to better himself and the people and area around him.  Daniel married the girl of his dreams on August 11th 2011 and is looking forward to the coming years of marriage and eventually children.
